• 9:00 AM: Meet at staging area (Calnash yard) for parade entry, setup Band Equipment on parade float.

• 11:00 AM: ROABA Pow Wow Days Parade Entry (Halfbreeds Band on Calnash Vintage Truck and Lowbed)

Saturday, August 2, 2025

• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Frank Nashim Memorial Pancake Breakfast (hosted by ROABA and Calnash Trucking)

• 9:00 AM:  Artisan Vendors Open

• 10:00 AM: Contestant Registration Open

• 11:00 AM: Food Truck Vendors Open

• 11:00 AM: Opening Ceremonies

• 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Talent Show – Day 1 (Singing Categories) (House Band: Nicely Put Together Band)

• 8:00 PM – Late: Dance, Open Mic, Homemade Jam (Beer Gardens, No Minors) (House Band: The Halfbreeds)

Sunday, August 3, 2025

• 11:00 AM: Contestant Registration Open

• 11:00 AM: Artisan Vendors Open

• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Talent Show Jigging & Fiddling Categories (House Band: Nicely Put Together Band)

• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Halftime Show – Multicultural Dancers (Kikino Northern Lites & TBA)

• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Active Category Performers Category (Paid Musicians), Open Mic, Homemade Jam

• 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM: House Bands (Nicely Put Together & The Banditos) + Fireworks Show

• 11:30 PM – Conclusion at end of Fireworks
