Event begins at 1 pm, ending between 4-5 pm! There is plenty of time for visiting and shopping a select few vendors afterwards, as the venue is ours for the day!

Join us for this empowering event featuring keynote speaker and presenter, Chantal Gauthier-Vaillancourt. A long time local mid-wife and educator in the field of women's health and wellness. Chantal has delivered hundreds of babies and has received extensive training in all areas of women's health with her most recent being in the area of perimenopause and menopause. Her own personal interest in this area being through the experience of perimenopause with some extreme symptoms herself, she believes in empowering women through education in what we will be or are currently going through. Perimenopause in women can begin between the ages of 35-45 years old and every single woman will go through some or even all forms of the symptoms.

Personal image consultant, Shelby Eloria, will be joining us with simple ways to dress for those perimenopause and menopause symptoms! She will be sharing tips that you will be able to implement right away, empowering you with confidence no matter what symptoms you are or will experience!

Enjoy healthy and delicious snacks during the event, that are easy to prepare and can be made with simple and available ingredients! Recipes will be included with your take home goodies!

All proceeds will be donated to Hope Haven.
